Global Syndication and International Distribution
VPD establishes domestic and international representation for stock and custom photography collections on behalf of corporations and public and private organizations. Representation can be worldwide, regional or country-focused and specialize in the commercial and/or editorial markets for rights-managed, royalty free and subscription content. VPD develops representation for many Clients throughout the world. We help our Clients to work and negotiate with Global and Regional distributors such as Getty Images, Corbis, Jupiter Images, Amana, Masterfile, Photolibrary, a.g.e.Fotostock, Digital Railroad, Adobe Stock Photos, Veer, PunchStock/Upper Cut Images, SuperStock and Alamy. VPD manages distribution and agency relationships, negotiates the terms & conditions of representation agreements, facilitates the delivery of content, monitors sales revenues and undertakes performance reviews. In addition, VPD participates in many international industry events and conferences including:

- BAPLA (British Association of Picture Libraries and Agencies)
- PACA (Picture Archive Council of America)
- ASPP (American Society of Picture Professionals)

What We Do Not Do
- We do not shoot or create pictures, we leave that to the artists and professionals.
- We do not license pictures, we leave that to our Clients who have the experienced sales staff, global distributors and international representation networks.
- We are not an employment agency and do not recruit staff. However, we do provide short term editors, business management and industry executives.
